Passenger Seat on Driver's Side?

The driver's seat on my ti is pretty worn (passenger too, but it's not nearly as bad). I'm finding many used passenger seats, but few driver's. I know the full seat isn't interchangeable, but I'm wondering if cushions from the passenger seat can be mounted to a driver's seat frame. Is that possible?

For the cushions, the part number is the same for both sides so you should be good to go!
