you can do it a couple ways (that are "good"): 1) lowering springs and sport struts/shocks - depending on the drop, you may or may not have camber/toe issues that require correction or more frequent wheel rotation 2) coilovers (essential the same type of thing as #1, the spring and strut or shock are just one unit and they usually allow for height and compression/rebound adjustment. same camber/toe issues can result depending on the drop. the kit may or may not come with something to help with it. i'm actually trying to compile some info on coilovers and camber correction into knowledgebase articles right now so check there for what i've found so far. it'll handle better, but typically be a bit stiffer/harsher ride. it depends on how low you go, what you set the shocks/struts to if they're adjustable, whether you change to harder bushings, etc etc etc __________________ 1996 318ti, California package, 267k miles
