Default GC Coilovers

hey guys im looking to buy a set of coilovers for my ti. i looked at ground control coilovers. seemed pretty good. is anybody running this set up? and if what spring rates should i run and if anything else is needed like RSMs or a camber kit.

check out the ground control RSMs, I just got mine RIGHT NOW IN THE MAIL!!! THESE THINGS ARE BEEFY!
