I have an extra rear deck shelf in black (this is the large piece that covers the cargo area and hangs from the rear trunk lid). Its from a 1996 318ti (calif. roof of course - I'm proud). Anyway, as these things do, it faded slightly and so I just bought a new one. Maybe you could fix it up, I hate to throw it away. $10 + cost of shipping gets it to you. any damage to it? I'm interested if there is no damage on the corners.

The corners are fine; the only thing less than new is the fading (a nice shade of light purple'ish black now), and the string piece that holds to the trunk lid on the right side is off (left side is fine) (a replaceable part, but I think I can find that piece). Hey guys, I was in a bike racing accident this weekend and have some good road rash = reason for the delay.
