I have taught dozens of people to drive a stick. Zero failures. If there are other factors fine, but anyone can learn this. | | | 09-29-2012, 02:15 AM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2010 Location: Wichita Falls, Texas Posts: 1,364 | I agree 100%. Ask around among your friends and family. Someone will be able to get you proficient with a manual transmission, and when they do, you'll love it. Good luck! Would you possibly consider a trade. 140k on it, but it runs like a champ, and has an LSD. New wheels, new tires... It could use some TLC but overall in really good condition. Let me know if you are interested. | | | 10-01-2012, 05:08 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: Los Angeles, CA Posts: 1,464 | Quote: Originally Posted by 318t.i. well i see your point but its not what you think, i know how to but i just enjoy newer clutches like 2009 and up...theres a big difference. but anyway the cars available so let me knoe if anyones interested, also i forgot to mention the driver door needs some repairs (mechanical). | It might just be as simple as the clutch hydraulics needing to be bled/flushed. Have you checked the fluid level/condition? | | | 10-02-2012, 04:00 AM | #7 | Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2012 Location: staten island Posts: 12 | Quote: Originally Posted by russdouble I've got a 95 that is automatic which I just got as a partial trade on a Rover I was selling.
