^^ Remove belt. Put wrench on pulley to hold pulley and loosen nut on shaft. It is regular thread so counter clockwise. Pulley should come right off. If not light tap with rubber hammer, Lightly. If it does not come off install claw puller and remove with that.

Warning do not bang on pulley to remove it. You will damage the supercharger bearing. Again to not bang on pulley to remove it.

Install pulley ensuring keyway is in position on SC shaft. Use a tiny bit of red loctite on very end of sc shaft thread and install nut. Tighten nut. Do not use too much Loctite or you will pay hell trying to remove your pulley the next time you try to take it off. Torque nut tight but not too tight, sorry I don't know the torque, but don't get all crazy it's a keyway fit with loctite so my guess is it doesn't need more then 20ftlb. I changed mine 8+ times with no issues

It is a very simple job. Maybe 10-15 minutes

Thats cool! Did you richen it by screwing down the screw on the RRFPR a bit more? Did you get it on the dyno just to check? Would be great to see the printout if you have one?

Cheers

That's what I like to hear Those AFR are race levels so maybe do another 1/4 turn on that fuel pressure regulator so it gets around 12.0-11.8 AFR.

That is about all you what to do with those stock 19# injectors and tune. If you really want to step up you will need a new tune, 30# injectors and a 1995 M3 MAF + Methenol for 15psi (3.2 pulley). Then that little I-4 will really wake up and plant your butt when you hit the "loud petal"

Clock-wise turn will increase fuel pressure per psi of boost and make it a richer tune (more fuel) and lower AFR. I think you can figure out how to lean it out from the above.

Fitted my 3.4" pulley today Also thanks for all the info from this thread guy's
Interested in adjusting the RRFPR to make it richer now, is this safe to do with out knowing what figure i am to achieve?
I will send the ecu off to have a new map from techniquetuning due to surging during light boost conditions which is a pain on the motorway

I don't think you need to adjust the RRFPR unless your AFR's is lean or rich. TT will get rid of that surge. Also the pulley might get rid of that surge due to the different boost at different RPM
