Question OBD1 to OBD2 (Quick Question)

i will most likely be getting my brother's '95 T.I. with over 300k miles. the engine still runs strong, but i was slightly concerned of the future in case this thing finally goes. my dad has a 318 OBD2 engine, and i was interested in switching these out, but honestly, i dont have a clue as to how to do this thing. a little help as to what is necessary to pull an OBD1 engine and drop in an OBD2 engine???

300k is a lot, but there are others with the same mileage that still run fine, I wouldn't recommend that engine swap, too much trouble for not enough of a gain, either leave the engine in it, get another OBDI 318 engine or get a 6 cyl.

alright, sounds pretty good. it was originally owned by my dad, and was always well maintained. mobil 1 synthetic oil, all the good stuff. everything was very well kept, so i didnt think that there would be any problem. it was just a concern of the future. but i have been looking around in town and on eBay for an engine in case i find one. and what do you mean by 6-cylinder? i was under the impression that a 325 would fit, also, but wasnt sure...
