Default Coolant drain plug engine

I've been searching everywhere for the location of the coolant drain plug on the engine of my 1995 ti with M42 engine. I've read multiple posts that it's on the passenger side of the engine, under the exhaust manifold. I attached a picture of the only bolt in the engine around there that I see, but it's only a 13mm and doesn't look like a typical drain bolt. Straight above the bolt is the exhaust manifold.

I also think my engine was the period between M42 and M44 - it has the plastic oil cap but aluminum thermostat housing - not sure of there were any other strange things, like coolant drain plug size/location, that aren't as straightforward on a pure M42 or M44.

Thank you!

Thank you BRADESTAR! Any advice on a good tool to remove the radiator drain plug? And the blue clip on the back of it has to come off to get the plug out to replace it, right?
