He's definitely needing some fattening up! So do we do before and after pics of his hair? Kind of a Pauly wannabe right now, his hair is down to the middle of his back...He probably won't last 3 hours when he gets here before cutting it all off...lol. | | | 07-05-2011, 12:28 AM | #18 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | I definitely don't regret cutting my hair off lol, I'll try to dig up some of my old pics, we'll see who had the longest hair | | | 07-19-2011, 03:42 AM | #19 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Orange County, NY Posts: 1,067 | Wonderful news! Cindy please tell Sean sorry about being a real dirtbag and not writing to him! __________________ McLaren F1 - BMW M Power S70/2 | | | 07-19-2011, 04:02 AM | #20 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Rocky Mountains Posts: 610 | No worries Chris...he's patiently waiting for a bed to open up...I hope it's not too much longer. He's up for parole again on August 2nd, which would be much better (and a lot cheaper!). His CM thinks he has a very good chance of being approved, so we're just in a holding pattern right now. I'm taking advantage of the wait and going to the beach in Florida on Wednesday for 5 days. I have no idea how long it will take for Sean to be able to go and I haven't been on vacation in 3 and half years...so I'm going to do nothing but sleep and hang out on the beach...yippee! I had a great time in Florida, well as great a time as one can have by themselves. I've been back a week already... Today was Sean's 2nd parole hearing. He's still waiting for a bed at the halfway house but even better is that he has been recommended for parole! YES! Because he's classified as "violent", it's mandatory for him to get full board approval for release. There are 7 members on the board and it's a majority vote. The head of the parole board was the person who held his hearing and if he's recommending parole, then I'm willing to bet that no one else will argue with him. We should know the outcome in a couple of weeks (they have the full board reviews every Friday). Hopefully he'll be approved and there's a really good possibility he'll be home in a month...no halfway house or anything! Oh my gosh I am so excited! | | | 08-03-2011, 03:45 AM | #23 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Orange County, NY Posts: 1,067 | ALRIGHT! Finally this things coming to an end! Tell Sean one more time that I'm sorry for not writing back for so long. My 97' ti broke down on the highway back in December of last year and it's still in the shop. That's right! I'm so f#cked up in the head from this shop that can't fix it that I kinda wanted to ignore everyone. __________________ McLaren F1 - BMW M Power S70/2 | | | 08-03-2011, 03:48 AM | #24 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Rocky Mountains Posts: 610 | Awww Chris poor TI! I am so sorry! Don't worry Sean's ok with everything! You'll be emailing him back and forth very soon! I hope they can get the TI fixed and soon! | | | 08-03-2011, 04:23 AM | #25 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | that will be awesome if he can just get out, can't wait to finally talk to him again | | | 08-03-2011, 05:04 AM | #26 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Rocky Mountains Posts: 610 | I know that he can't wait to talk to you guys too! Here's to hoping that he gets parole vs. halfway house release status! __________________ James 95 active w/leather interior and sport interior conversion, Vaders, full M-Tech exterior conversion. I emailed someone at Offender Services to see how much longer he'll be waiting for a bed at the halfway house. They go to the Denver County Jail work release program for 30 days before they get to the halfway house and he gets to look for a job while he's there and he's only 5 miles away! Keeping my fingers crossed that he can get moved...if he gets paroled then I can just pick him up there! | | | 08-19-2011, 03:52 PM | #29 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Rocky Mountains Posts: 610 | New Update! Sean will be on his way to Denver County Jail this morning to begin his transition back into society...lol. He'll be in the work release program there for 30 days. He'll be allowed out and about to get his ID and job hunt. I get to go pick him up when he's allowed to look for job, I'm guessing sometime next week. We're hoping he can go back to work for Robert, but if not we have a few other places in mind. He won't be allowed to drive while he's under the supervision of the halfway house, so that's no bueno but we'll deal with it. It's much better than being locked up in prison. I just dropped Gizmo off at the groomer's so he's snuggly cute when Sean gets to see him again. This long journey is almost over. I'm working the next 4 days so I am hoping I can pick him up on Wednesday. We won't really know until he goes through orientation there. At any rate, I expect he'll be posting sometime in the next week! We're hoping his parole application is approved by the time his 30 days is up so we can skip the halfway house and he can just come home.
