Default Rogue Engineering lollipops

I bought a pair of the old style Rogue Engineering lollipops with the black urethane inserts. I tried dry fitting them on a new pair of LCA's and they just slide right on instead of fitting tight enough that they need to be pressed on. My question is will it be okay to just put them on that way or do they absolutely positively have to be pressed on?

The original rubber bushings fit tightly because the inner metal sleeve that is pressed on the LCA moves (rotates) with the LCA and the outer metal sleeve stays with the lollipop. All of the twisting action occurs within the big rubber doughnut. Since the Rouge Engineering lollipops don't have a rubber insert (just a plastic sleeve) the end of the LCA rotates (slides) within the plastic sleeve. I would say as long as the fit of the Rouge Engineering lollipops is not sloppy on to the LCA then they should be ok to use.

Once it is bolted to the car there should be no way for the control arm to pull out of the LCAB.
