problem with right side turn signal

I just installed new headlights about a month ago (depos) and now my right turn signal is having problems. It will come on when the turn signal is switched on, but it does not stay on as a running light like the other turn signal does. I just swapped the bulbs when I did the headlights, I can't figure it out. Anyone had this happen or have any ideas?

Did you replace the bulb from a place like Autozone?
Sometimes cheap bulbs don't work because of problems with the contacts.
I assuming the bulb is the correct number?
