Speaking of which, today was Pi day (3.14[1592653...]). How many people are going to celebrate on Thursday, which is our special day, assuming you ignore all the 318i's?

^^^^ actuallly our cars can launch faster than any front wheel drive car, like hondas, so u have more chance from 0 to whatever, but once they get traction and if they have some power say bye bye to the honda cuz ur gonna get smoked lol trust me on that, i race hondas all the time lol

O.k., ti noob here, but I have a few (sorry if any of these are repeats, I didn't read every page):

You know you drive a 318ti when:

You watch your temperature guage more often than the road.

You are convinced the car will explode if the temp needle goes one degree past 12 O'Clock.

You have have bits of steel wool embedded under your nails and all over your engine from attempting to remove the cosmoline from the valve cover and intake manifold.

Your door panel contains more than 10 lbs of jb weld.

You hear the word "burp" and have to fight the urge to go find an incline somewhere and dump coolant all over the ground.

"Hellrot" no longer describes the consequence of a grievous sin.

With those excellent observations, you are hearby relieved of the designation "noob".

Well done!

you know you have a ti when you think there is a problem with your wipers but then you figure out that they are speed sensitive.

My parents took my Nintendo away when my dad noticed me marching in place trying to hold it while playing excitebike

You know you drive 318ti when you break a plastic nipple off of a $350 part trying to undo one of those ridiculous crimp on stainless hose clamps I mean seriously, a simple ziptie would of been suffice. Stupid charcoal canister. Now I have to ghetto rig it with JBweld

i know this thread hasn't been active fora while but i just read the whole thing and came up with a few

you know you drive a 318ti when:

you desperately want to install a DASC thats worth more than the rest of the car

you get 20mpg in your "economic" 4cyl

you parallel park and don't have to worry about the back of the car hitting anything
