I know nothing and they didn't wrote anything about this car on their webpage...
maybe I can contact them for more infos... it's bad that they don't have published some numbers... P&L Racing have their central workshop in California, but I can't find it in internet.

Looks pretty hack to me. I'm sure it works, but man, those welds are awful. Good find, try to find some more details!
