standard bosch ones. i pulled my denso's out yesterday, they were in need of replacing, tip of the electrode was fine but when the rest of them look worn its worth replacing them isnt it. so i'm trying the ngk bkr6ek's, they're going in today.

Stick with the standard NGK 2 prong plugs unless you have problems at idle. I hate the +4s, they foul after a couple thousand miles.

I'm running bosh +4's on the M3 and it did improve my MPG. But the car desperately needed a tune-up. I think pretty much anything would have been an improvement at that point. On the Ti I run NGK 2's. I have no complaints about them.

Iridiums should last a lot longer than 30k miles. I think they are rated for 100k miles. I'm running iridiums. Have had them in the car for about a year. Didn't really notice a difference over the bosch plugs.
