Has anyone had problems with this guy? It has been well over two weeks with no reply's to messages. I thought he was pretty well respected on this forum. | | | 06-27-2007, 04:25 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Florida Posts: 2,525 | He is. He has been on ebay selling stuff for a long time and I've always heard that he is very prompt with delivery. Hopefully everything is ok and this is just a weird situation. | | | 06-27-2007, 04:59 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2007 Location: Seattle, WA Posts: 402 | My clear corners came without an incident about 3 weeks ago. Fast shipping, no issues. __________________ 1997 332ti - Don't even ask. 2006 330i - ZPP/ZSP/ZCW/6sp/Nav/BT/H&R Sport 2011 E92 M3 | | | 06-27-2007, 05:23 PM | #4 | NOBODY F's with the Jesus Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Ventura California Posts: 7,824 | "bimmerbum aka genuinebmwparts"? Did he change his name or something? Are you sure you dealt with bimmerbum and not an imposter? Bimmerbum is a celebrity. __________________ 4 MORE YEARS BABY!!! | | | 06-27-2007, 05:45 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Fort Collins, CO Posts: 1,305 | i think genuinebmwparts is his store name? | | | 06-27-2007, 05:53 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: Fl...tampa area Posts: 320 | yea thats his ebay name or whatever... ive gotten a few things from him, no problems | | | 06-27-2007, 05:59 PM | #7 | NOBODY F's with the Jesus Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Ventura California Posts: 7,824 | Yeah, I see that he has over 13000 transactions. He does have a lot of negative feedbacks, but considering the volume of sales, it's not that bad. Unfortunately his negative feedbacks are from people not receiving their merchandise and not getting responses to emails. Good luck tybate. __________________ 4 MORE YEARS BABY!!! | | | 06-27-2007, 06:21 PM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: Downtown Historic Fredericksburg, VA Posts: 339 | he might forget things. __________________ now when i hit that switch, I'M BOUNCIN. | | | 06-27-2007, 06:25 PM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: state college, pa Posts: 3,431 | He is a member of this forum now (was looking into a 318ti). My past experience with him has been good, pretty much on par with Pelican, and far better than BavAuto. __________________ I scream, you scream, we all scream for ZOMBIES. | | | 06-27-2007, 09:11 PM | #10 | Member Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Little Rock Posts: 51 | Well, In my opinion there is no excuse for bad customer service. I don't care if he has a million sales a day or ten, the bottom line is that "the customer is king". This certainly is a rough month for him so far...449 positive...19 neutral....25 negative. It's almost equivalent to his numbers in the past six months. I've had no problems with pelican and bavauto....shipping was a little slow but atleast bavauto had a number I could call due to items on backorder. Thanks guys. | | | 06-27-2007, 09:29 PM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Fort Collins, CO Posts: 1,305 | Quote: Originally Posted by tybate Well, In my opinion there is no excuse for bad customer service.
