Default compression

i did a compressino test and got 175 for all cylinders but #3, that one was at 127. so i did a wet test and it didnt boost it that much. so then i did a leak down test and it was at 30% but i couldnt find the leak. i checked the oil filler, intake, exhaust, and radiator cap?? i looked up the spec for compression but could only find them for the 6 clynd. and it was 145-156. thats all i have to go by. the vacuum is fine and it has a steady exhuast flow??? whats the deal.
