Was going to be a present to me because he knew I was finally ready for it and knew I would be able to take care of it and afford it, he passed away a year before he could give it to me so I inherited it. I love my car to death, its the closest thing I have to my Grandfather. I feel like he is with me when I am in my car, when I see my car. It still smells the way it did when he had it, which is weird since I had it for a little over a year now...I should just be getting used to my car now if he couldve just stuck around a little longer. I rather it be given to me by him with a big bow then the way I recieved it. =( __________________ my new world | | | 09-30-2005, 03:51 PM | #17 | Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Aberdeen Scotland Posts: 11 | I like it because it is different and im not following all the sheep who think the coupe is the only bmw worth being seen in | | | 09-30-2005, 04:20 PM | #18 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Boston MA Posts: 221 | I like my ti because it is only 2700lb light weight and can corner at high speed with the sticky tires. I also like the brotherhood of other ti owners on the road when they smile and wave at you, seeing you driving a ti. __________________ 1998 BMW 318ti M-Tech Sport Silver (Gone to member leeko617) CURRENT: 2015 BMW X1, 2004 BMW 330ci Convertible, 1998 Porsche Boxster, 2001 BMW 525i Touring GONE: 2000 Audi A4, 2002 VW Passat, 1985 VW Cabriolet | | | 10-01-2005, 10:35 PM | #19 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Tucson, AZ Posts: 290 | Ohhhh right about now the 30mpg is what I like. __________________ Vince Carknard 1995 318ti Active Hellrot, 16" 5 spoke, "Fogged" airbox mod, Stromung exhaust, Bilstein Sports, BMW sport springs, 3.73lsd, others... | | | 10-02-2005, 12:40 AM | #20 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: Tracy, California Posts: 473 | You got it right bro!
