It was 0 degrees C the other day, and it took about a dozen tries to get my door to latch. I'm guessing that the grease on my door latch is original to the car (about 9 years old except what may have been added during inspection) and needs to be replaced.

Does anyone have a recommended grease for the door latch? Is there anything else I might as well do or look at while I've got the door apart this spring? The door trim doesn't seem to be attached well behind the handles of either door, and the stereo seems a little muddy so I'll look at those two things while I'm in there.

Thanks in advance,

-Travis
