Track headers don't have the hook-up for the air pump either. Lots of reasons like the ugly piping going accross the front of the engine to the header, etc. I remove all items not needed in my setup. Weight reduction is free excelleration and everything adds up when you do a lot of small things. The air pump only runs for 2-3 minutes during warm-up to help the cat reach operating temp sooner.
