Default Help! My blower motor is weirding out!

Ok. Interesting problem with the blower motor on my 95 318ti. Recently it started not turning on in any setting until a few minutes pass. It's like it's on a delay or something. Also it was making weird sounds yesterday and now it's not. It's most likely the original one to the car and I've got 155000 miles on it. Any ideas? Thanks, al

Hello guys, I have a problem with my blower. Yestarday when I want to start up some air in my car it won't work, I read DYI about replacing blower resistor but what I've found under the front shield instead of "no cabin filters", is only plastic covers and blower. I didn't found resistor in the place where it was showed on DYI, is it possible to take out the whole front cocpit to get into the resistor from inside of the car? I searched it in passangers side - demonted glove and under the steering wheel and I cuold'n find anything. My car is 1995 318ti, thanks in advance
