Default Looking to purchase a '98 M44 engine

I'm in the process of purchasing a refurbished '98 M44 engine (for automatic transmission) from Bavarian Auto Recycling. The good news is that the engine is moderately priced and comes with a 2-yr warranty.

I just wanted to see if anyone had this particular engine for sale. If it has low miles, is in good condition and your pricing is reasonable, I will considering buying it from you.

Not really. I'm looking for quality. I don't want to waste money on somebody else's junk. I want to make sure all hoses, gaskets and parts of the cylinder head are in great condition. I bought this car from someone who had an overheating problem. Now, it has a cracked cylinder head. Just want to do it right this time, haha!
