Found a set of 16x7.5 ET 20 with 74mm hub size and am wondering if these wheels will fit my 1997 318ti. My car came with the //M sport package and is currently running 225/50/16 tires with stock 5-star wheel. I unfortunately cannot recall the off-set however. Tires are relatively new so I'd like to simply swap them onto the new rims. Thoughts? thanks in advance.
those sound like they're off an E39 5-series, you'll need hub rings to make up for the difference in centerbore, I don't think you'll have too many rubbing problems with that tire size
you need hub centric rings which i can get for like $20 shipped to you.. with offest you should be fine without modification, trust me i've had plenty of set ups
