Default Preferred vendors for brake parts?

I know of Bimmerbum and Pelican parts. Any others for stock-ish quality parts?

Also take into account the customer service you get. Ed (bimmerbum) makes sure you're happy, as does Pelican.

I usually get my rotors from the dealer though. They're spin-balanced a second time, and carry the 1-year warranty.
