Default Can I bleed the brakes myself with ACS?

The service manual I have says I have to go to a dealer if my vehicle has AST. The stability control button on my 1996 318ti says ASC, so does that mean I am good to go with bleeding the brakes myself?

Yes you can bleed them yourself. A power (pressure) bleeder is a great help. Remember to work from the caliper farthest away from the reservoir and work your way back to the closest caliper, so it would go RR, LR, RF, LF.
