Spring rates

Does anyone know the spring rates of the stock springs that came in the base 318 ti and sport model?

I'm trying to decide on lowering springs but I havent been able to find anything in the way of rates....

This is a table of H&R spring rates on a e30 m3. My guess is that the e30 m3 and the ti sport have very similar rate seeing that they have almost the same suspension (identical rear) and they both weigh in around 2750lbs stock.

Thanks that helps..... now I just have to find the stock rates for my ti.
I'll bet one of the parts places would have that info.

What is about the widest size wheel in 18 in. diameter that we can get away with on these cars?
8.5 inch or so is what I was thinking.
