Default CCFL prob

hi there iv had HID and CCFL angel eyes installed for about a year,

then one of the CCFL ballast went faulty so i bought 2 x replacement ballest
of ebay .
i installed both ballest 2weeks ago
but since then when i put CCFL on (sidelight) they both come on as they should. i then turn HID on (dip beam) and CCFL go off. some times left only goes of and then sometimes right one goes off, then sometimes both go off.
but if i then turn HID OFF then sometimes both ccfl come back on.

its like there is some kind of interferance

what could it be ???????????

is it something to do with them being both high voltage and its getting frequance interfernce???

check the wiring, when i first installed mine only one headlight would turn the angel eyes on. I later found out that I had not installed the angel eyes right.
