It's a universal shift knob with an attachement that screws onto the top of the shifter and then you screw the actual shift knob into place. It has been used but it is in great shape. I've taken several pictures so you can see what it looks like. There's a tiny scratch on the clear plastic on the top and I tried to take a picture of it but couldn't really get a shot of it, mostly because it's tiny. MSRP is $75 but obviously that's not what I'm expecting to get out of it. I'd be happy with $40 shipped. I've also got pics in my album "Things for sale" | | | 07-09-2008, 04:48 AM | #2 | Member Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: Atlanta, GA Posts: 70 | If anyone wants to make a reasonable offer just let me know. | | | 07-12-2008, 05:12 PM | #3 | Member Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: Atlanta, GA Posts: 70 | Bump before Ebay. Make an offer if you're interested. I know it'll sell on Ebay but if anyone here wants it I'd rather have a fellow Bimmer brother get it first. | | | 07-13-2008, 02:35 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: so cal Posts: 138 | how's the height of this shifter as compared to stock?? __________________ cars i had: 89 pulsar 90 celica 91 mr2 92 svx 98 clk 94 urs4 04 626 00 mr2 spyder 00 forester 97 s320 91 legend cars i have: 90 acura legend 96 318ti cali top | | | 07-13-2008, 05:19 PM | #5 | Member Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: Atlanta, GA Posts: 70 | honestly I'm not sure. When I got the car it didn't have a stock shifter and I put this knob on the next day since I already had it. It does sit fairly low. The mounting adaptor sits right on top of the shifter and the shift knob screws down onto it. I would roughly estimate that the top of this shift knob sits maybe about an inch off the top of the actual shifter. I hope that helps answer the question. | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
