Under the car

Its so noisy under the car... theres like a low pitched deep thudding/rattle like noise.

any ideas?
could it be the cat or a hole? cause my muffler sounds junk at idle. Its a tanabe hyper medallion which is 2.5 in & out to a 3-4inch tip.. sounds really deep and bassy but idk it just sounds wierd under the car like an air leak or something + car vibrates but rpm does climb up or down at idle...


please give me suggestions would like to get this fixed asap!

Sounds like air is leaking out from the exhaust pipes...do you see any holes? Usually you can hear a sorta whistling humming noise.. Have you ran over anything recently? I wouldn't suspect the cat unless it's clogged or something of that nature but in that case a cel would pop up...most of the time anyways
