The peeling clear coat was the numbers matching hood I put on my ClubSport, not this one that I took off. I'll need to repaint that for sure. However, I don't want to misrepresent this hood. While its a perfectly serviceable part with no dents or other damage, the paint is not great. There are a number of paint chips and small spots of sap and bug damage that have etched the paint. You could work at it and make it shine, but it likely needs to be sanded and repainted. The underside looks from the factory. Pictures attached. | | | 06-08-2011, 08:10 AM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2010 Location: Riverside ,So-Cal Posts: 725 | Do u still have the hood? __________________ EURO FRESH | | | 06-08-2011, 09:16 AM | #6 | NOBODY F's with the Jesus Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Ventura California Posts: 7,824 | Quote: Originally Posted by Ralliart10 Do u still have the hood? | If I'm not mistaken, I think he moved out of state yesterday. He may have left it at a nearby friends house though. If you want to get ahold of him your best bet is to email him. I doubt he's settled in yet, so it might take him a few days to get back to you. Jason, best wishes on your move. If you ever need anything at all, don't hesitate to give me a call. -Jess | | | 06-21-2011, 10:58 PM | #7 | Junior Member Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Lancaster, CA Posts: 15 | Bump!
