Default steering wheel screeches

my steering wheel sometimes makes a screeching noise when it is turned, wat might the problem be? could it be suspension related, or possibly out of power steering fluid??

Articles/links= tl;dr

In my opinion, based off the limited facts given, your power steering pump pulley might be locking up. The sound generated could be your belt slipping over the surface of the pulley. If that's the case, get it fixed ASAP before your S-Belt snaps. When those things break while you're driving, oh boy, get ready for a BIG repair bill. When those things go, they take out whatever component they hit. IE=

-Spark plug wires - gone
-Coolant hoses - gone
-Miscellaneous lines or accessories and wiring - gone

You gotta remember that the belt is completing its circuit a few thousand times per minute. At that speed, IT WILL WRAP AROUND ANYTHING IT CAN AND IT WILL BREAK SH--!
