Default Lens for the clock

Anybody ever replace the lens in their clock?
My clock works, but the lens has always been cracked & I can't read it.
I took it apart, it seems to be some sort of liquid filled glass.
Just wondering if anyone ever had the same issue & found a suitable replacement material.
I used to buy all types of filter material for military applications, but I've never seen anything like this before.

Also, if anyone has a spare lens from a broken clock, I'd be interested.
Mine doesn't have the computer, just the "H" and "M" buttons.

Thanks!

"Liquid" crystal display

Mine cracked when ambient temps were near record lows this last winter.

On mine, however, I don't think it's just a lens. Pretty sure the barrier between the "cells" broke and the liquid is bleeding between cells

You MIGHT be able to fins a multi segment display that will replace the original, its not a real tricky part, but I see the clocks/computers on Ebay all the time...
