Default Possibly start selling my 98 TI, tomorrow

98 TI Manual has over 217K miles runs good but engine misses.
Car looks good but it’s starting to show that is old and worn out.

I’m looking at a 2001 C230 with 70K miles and selling for $11,500.00
If I get it tomorrow I would like to sell the TI. I think that $2,000.00
Should be an honest price for it, what you all think?

My TI is the one on my signature and photo

i think thats a totally reasonable price!

you may be able to get more than that too. really the main thing i would worry about is the clutch. is it going out?

i bought my red sport for 2000 and it had 230,000 miles on it but it needs a clutch

it also had 50,000 miles on rebuilt motor

and it was a 95

The clutch is good, only a a bit over a year old, the miss is from plug 1 and 2 getting wet with oil, needs new cover gasket but Im tired of it soif I get the c230 I want to sell. I got the wheels from some one in here and they saw my TI in person, that's if they remember. Cool dude he was.

Pas side window regulator broke so window is close all the time, wipers come on at random sometimes, all tires match much needs new ones, has a small crack on the windshield (nothing bad) and regular wear and tear here and there nothing big. I just had it inspected this past November and it passed to include OBDII test. The interior is 7 from 1-10 and is that fake leather stuff. This is all I can think of at this time. I run only 93 octane gas, why? It makes me feel better. I’m not rich but I make it happen.

If you do a search using user ID you can read past post I’ve had in reference to problem with the car.
