Default not trying to track my car, just lower

i cant seem to find a clear answer since everyone is just trying to performance race it seems. i have hr race springs. im assuming ill need new struts on my ti, but do i? can i run the springs on the stock stuts (60k). or will that eff everything up. every post i read is different
