Any word on the power lock linkage? | I don't even know where that is....I looked and looked, and cannot see a solinoid and linkage....is it behind the handle or something? And would you like me to look into shipping for the headliner? Bump, air bags are out of the car along with the factory keyless, rear power hatch release, and factory amplifier. Andrew | I am not worried on the headliner.. I want to redo mine in black anyway. The linkage and solinoid should be directly beneath the door lock "button" at the top of the door.. unless somebody already beat me to them. If you can lock the door manually, I doubt they are there | | | 11-30-2006, 01:55 AM | #24 | Member Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: So Cal Posts: 36 | Hi - just looking for the rear mids (4") speaker mounts, the piece that holds the speakers at about a 45 degree angle. Thanks. | | | 11-30-2006, 02:04 AM | #25 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: A few tenths ahead of alaskablue Posts: 265 | Quote: Originally Posted by Mad-Machine I am not worried on the headliner.. Fast worker, i think we have those mounts, just let me check for you. The door locking mechanism is there don't worry no body beat you too it. This was my DD ti up until saturday when I picked up my MINI S Saturday. Not it is being gutted and turned into a track only car. We are selling off parts to help pay for the costs. If you have any questions about how the car was taken care of just ask. The car was my Dad's before it was mine so I have a full history of this car. I will help Andrew take the locking mechanism and solenoid out this weekend. | | | 11-30-2006, 04:47 PM | #27 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2004 Location: Muncie, Indiana Posts: 1,551 | Addition of part for sale.
