I recentley moved to South Florida from New York and I'm loving the car action down here. I have an old 318I that I've upgrading over the years. The thing is lacking power as we all know but I love the way the car handles with the 4 banger. The 6 cylinder cars feel heavy even when modified. DASC seams to be the way to go but it too adds wieght to the front end of the car. I have all these ideas to make the car faster but I just can't decide what to do as I have a family to support also. I do all my own work which saves alot of money. I guess if I could afford it I have have an M3 instead. | | | 08-10-2006, 09:31 PM | #2 | TRETEN IRGENDEINES ESELS Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Rhode Island Posts: 3,687 | Welcome to the site and if your looking for more power i'd suggest a DASC. It's the best way to go unless you have 8grand to play with. __________________ 98 Avus Blue 318 ti Active clear outs all around, stealth turning signals, blue led interior lights, 35% tinted windows,K&N air filter, 12" Kenwood Sub, MTX Thunder Amp,Alpine cd changer, Leatherz Armrest,ACS Pedals/Handbrake/FloorMats & Vitesse Tuning Carbon Fiber B-Pillars/CF Spark Plug Cover, New 16" MSW Typer 14 Rims on Goodyear Triple Treds www.myspace.com/avusblueti | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
