My poor door- anyone know how to fix??

Some tool hit my door the other day. It looks like they opened their door to hard and it left a bit of green paint on my otherwise white car... the problem lies in the fact that this tool bent the plastic strip that runs the width of the door. Has anyone had to replace this before and if so how easy/hard is it and where can I get the part?? Thank you!

if you use terps you can rub off the other guys paint from your door. that strip just slides out. its pretty cheap to get a new one.
