I plan on using a haltek ecu to run it. Used them on a Peugeot i built to over 600hp. Haven't decided on what bore/piston/rod combo yet but ill let ya know. Just put a s52 lightweight flywheel and stage 3 Kevlar clutch in it and loved it. Until i riped the diff out of the trunk floor. Welcome to the board. I have over 25 years spraying motors, love it
, car 1972 Vega with a 406 full roller small block . Motor made around 400hp then I shot two stage 150hp off the line and 250hp more right after shifting to 2nd, car was a daily driver and would lift the wheels knee high for at least 40ft, blew the motor twice due to fuel pressure loss, owned the car for 5 years then sold the car to buy my boat. My boat is a 550 pound Mirage tunnel (potato chip
) with a Mercury 2.5L two stroke. Motor makes 348hp on the dyno then I spray a 400 shot of nitrous with methanol as the nitrous enrichment fuel, it is a Nitrox system with methanol cool down or wash down after the system stops spraying. The boat is lots of fun, but I have destroyed #6 piston 5 times in 2 years, I think it has to do with #6 cylinder running colder then the rest so when I spray it cold seizes the piston since the piston expands so fast and the steel cylinder wall does not expand as fast plus #6 is getting the coldest water from the cooling system.
Would really like to see some video of your car running, I bet it's pure porn
