Exclamation Spark Plug HELP

I checked my spark plugs today and I noticed that they are not the conventional design. Instead of having a single electrode, they have two,. model: BOSCH Super R1-282. I noticed that they are pretty dirty and they look kind of old. Is there a way to tell when they're no good anymore? There is no indication of what the gap should be under the hood or in the manual. If I need to change them, do you recommend I stay with two electrodes or do something else??
