Anyone know if the Z3M mod works on the compact? I know on all 6cly you just swap the shift over with the Z3M one and you get a short shift \ throw stick- easy as hell and straight from the dealer for just a few quid (about £35 in the UK) but I cant seem to find out if it'll work on 4cyl engines- Or wether i should use another Z3 one (Z's were all shorted then the 3 series I believe) Anyone have any knowledge or words of wisdom on this one?!! __________________ 18" AC Schnitzer alloys. Mine's very notchy, but I like that. Very short throw. You will need to do some bending to make it fit perfect for your shifting style. I also cut the top down as low as possible so a handle will just fit on it so it even make the throw shorter.
