Default 96 318ti M sport

Came across an ad for a 1996 318ti M sport package. Is this correct? That's the title of the ad. Only thing is it has 182k miles, but has had quite a bit of maintenance done. What sort of durability do these cars have? I'm quite familiar with the E30 as I've had 2, but what about these? What should I be concerned with, with that amount of mileage? Also, what would someone expect to pay for this model? Thanks.
