I have this on mine from Ben at Chromeline Design and I can highly recommend it, very nice roar and better performance than many of the others. Although I have had the TB changed aswell as the re-map. Given me more power Looks the balls under the hood too __________________ BMW 318ti Sport Compact Dakar Edition TOTAL BMW Magazine - Project car #2 Mods: BB Throttle body * Gruppe-m induction * Engine re-map * AC type 3 Lightweight 17" alloys * Eisenmann exhaust 2 X 70mm pipes * Hand brake and Gear shift - Vitesse products * Black Grilles - De-Chromed! * Eibach Springs and dampers (30mm lower) * ACS S3 Dakar mirrors - Now on and looking mint! * Carbon Fibre M3 Lip * Carrying 318ti.org stickers * Coupe headlights with HIDs and Gen6 angel eyes | | | 12-11-2005, 10:01 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2004 Location: Tennessee Posts: 523 | Havn't seen an intake like that yet for the ti looks good though. | | | 12-11-2005, 10:16 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: Watford, herts, England Posts: 805 | max power? as in the magazine? i'd get one from elsewhere. let kids in nova's buy max power stuff. just my opinionm though! __________________ '96 318ti in Montreal Blue :m-tec sideskirts,m-bootspoiler,clear corners & repeaters .m-tech side mouldings, Magnex Exhaust System, leather armrest, F-15 gear Knob, 18" Evo 2's. Fogging your airbox will do the same thing for a fraction of the cost. I'm talking about $20 bucks in supplies and you can fogg it up. __________________ 98 Avus Blue 318 ti Active clear outs all around, stealth turning signals, blue led interior lights, 35% tinted windows,K&N air filter, 12" Kenwood Sub, MTX Thunder Amp,Alpine cd changer, Leatherz Armrest,ACS Pedals/Handbrake/FloorMats & Vitesse Tuning Carbon Fiber B-Pillars/CF Spark Plug Cover, New 16" MSW Typer 14 Rims on Goodyear Triple Treds www.myspace.com/avusblueti | | | 12-12-2005, 05:23 PM | #7 | Member Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: perkiomenville Pa Posts: 41 | thanks __________________ colombiano | | | 12-12-2005, 05:27 PM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: UK Posts: 163 | Mine as about £150 i think. from as mentioned... well worth it over the cheaper other ones __________________ BMW 318ti Sport Compact Dakar Edition TOTAL BMW Magazine - Project car #2 Mods: BB Throttle body * Gruppe-m induction * Engine re-map * AC type 3 Lightweight 17" alloys * Eisenmann exhaust 2 X 70mm pipes * Hand brake and Gear shift - Vitesse products * Black Grilles - De-Chromed! * Eibach Springs and dampers (30mm lower) * ACS S3 Dakar mirrors - Now on and looking mint! * Carbon Fibre M3 Lip * Carrying 318ti.org stickers * Coupe headlights with HIDs and Gen6 angel eyes | | | 12-13-2005, 11:22 PM | #9 | Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: Ashford middlesex Posts: 12 | Thanks dakar What about fitting the thing was it as easy as ben says? last min add on to the christmas list!! __________________ | | | 12-13-2005, 11:38 PM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: England Posts: 177 | Ive just bought a powertec sl1 £99.95 from esp design. picked it up about an hour ago, might take some pix when its on and record a litle sound clip. | | | 12-13-2005, 11:42 PM | #11 | Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: Ashford middlesex Posts: 12 | That would be interesting...
