First open up your hood, there should be 2 plastic flat-head screws on the passenger side. Remove those. Then remove the plastic covers of the windshield wipers. Small flat head screwdriver helps. Then take a 13mm socket and remove the nuts that hold the wiper arms on. You'll need to use a crow bar or something to pop the wiper arms off, they are on there pretty tight. Now that you have those off you can pop up the old cowl panel. There are plastic clips on the back of them so start on the passenger side and lift up slightly and use you screw driver to pop them up. Replace with the new cowl panel. Push the wiper arms back on, when torquing the nuts, using the torque specified out of the Bentley, otherwise you can twist them off. Also: MAKE SURE you line them back up in the position they were in when you take them off otherwise they may come down to far or not go up far enough. Put the cap back on the wipe arms. Re-screw the plastic screws in on the passenger side and then enjoy the new cowl panel.
