Question UK MOT & cat-back pipes

Anyone have any problems with the MOT test with a aftermarket pipe fitted?

I'm guessing it shouldn't be a problem as long as it's not too loud + emissions should be ok as the stock cat is retained. When I used to run sportsbikes we had to swap our race cans for the stock pipe once a year to get through the test.
