Seat Twist

This is my second set of seats, and both drivers side have twisted on me (on the ride side). I don't know if it's a common problem or not. I'm a pretty light guy, so I doubt it has anything to with me. (or maybe it's my badass selecting from park to reverse, then to drive).

But seriously, does anyone else have this problem? Maybe it's a coincidence. Is there anyway of going about fixing it?

Interesting, I've got the same problem (seat with a twist).

The stock seats are coming out and vaders are going in this week though. I'm going to try and fix the driver seat(twisted one) and I'll post pics if it's interesting.

My ti has a twisting problem too...
To me though, it seemed like it was the plastic backing. When I have time, I'll take it apart and see if it's the same problem as you (CirrusS22)...

Saw this thread and decide to throw my 2c in. I had the same issue, driver's side seat broken at the base of the back causing a fun twist at every gear change. Had it welded up at a friend's shop. Here are two vids on youtube about it. I don't have the weld but some info highlighted on getting the seat out and back in. Vid one & Vid two
