A tube doubt

Hi! I discover this tube(10) in the back of the engine and it has cuts in the red marks like the size of a fingernail on both sides!! check the pic!

This is normal?
Affects performance or what affects?
Should i replace it or just cover the cuts with some good tape?

That tube is for the PCV valve.
If it leaks it will affect engine idle. On my car that is really a tube in a tube, so I am not sure if a crack on the outside would make it leak.
On the other hand, it's only 20 bucks for that hose in the US, so I would just replace it.

Thanks! So its not normal the cuts..i think it leaks some air i feel it in my fingers, but it will only affect the engine idle and not performance or cause any trouble?

Causes all kinds of problems. Replace it. Until it's replaced, mmight want to wrap it with some electrical tape to stop the leaks.
