I'll vouch for David being both an awesome seller and an all-around great guy. Yes these seats came out of my M3 and they're as close to mint as you can find. There's very minor wear on the driver's bolster and a few scratches on the passenger's. However, the imperfections are so light, they can absolutely be removed with a little bit of shoe polish and leather conditioner. We discussed the scratches when I delivered the seats to David and both of us agreed that they were so light they can easily be fixed. It just goes to show how honest David is because he could have easily did the repair and nobody would have noticed. The leather is still very soft and all of the stitching is perfectly intact. Also FWIW, I have the rear seat should anyone need it, but it won't fit the Ti without modification.
