Default Advanation Front Bumper Kit

Hey Guys,

New to the forum and to BMWs in general. Picked up a 96 318ti with the M-Tech package; however, it needed a new bumper when I bought it. So I'm looking to replace it with a similar front bumper. I've looked into the DDM front bumper but they don't ship to Canada where I am unfortunately.

So, I was checking eBay (as a last resort) and came across this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-E36-3-Se...e1a2a3&vxp=mtr

Has anyone heard anything about this company or bumper?

I'm out of options unless I want to buy this (which is local and cheaper):

http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/rc...935896801.html

But I'm not sure if this will fit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys. The only other option I can think of is getting the very available regular 318ti bumper. What are your thoughts?

Thanks.

Where in Vancouver are you? Are you on BCbimmers.com? That second one is being sold by a guy named Josh, if that's the one you want get it, he's a stand up guy and will be completely honest with you about the sale. Btw with ddm, ship it to blaine or pt. roberts and drive (or walk) across the border and pick it up. There's many companies you can ship it to and pick it up for like $5. I do it all the time, just tell them the value without shipping included (they don't care about shipping just the product value) when coming back across and if you're under $200 you're usually good to go, otherwise you'll just pay tax.

I'm aware of the Point Roberts/Blaine trick and have looked into ordering the DDM bumper that way, but unfortunately they make it so the billing and shipping addresses have to be the same.

Unless someone knows a way around this?

Does anyone know anything about the Rieger Infinity front bumper? If I go with that is it going to be a lot lower than the Mtech front bumper?

What I really want is just my stock M-tech front bumper, but its over $400 from BMW

Send them an email and they will ship to a separate address, I know of guys who have done that, their automated system on their website just doesn't allow it to make things easier for them. The rieger probably will sit a bit lower but if you're suspension is stock you'll have nothing to worry about, if its not it all depends on how low you're willing to let the bumper hang.
