Tried to sell on Ebay. Shipping was outrageous to send a palet to california with everything so I'm splitting it up just to get rid of it. Its not doing me any good sitting in my basement and I'm sure someone could use a door panel or seat. | | | 01-25-2010, 02:53 AM | #20 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Fl Posts: 1,353 | FYI: I won this interior on eBay, paid right away, and got nothing but promises and excuses from the seller. After a month he totally quit replying and I had to go through eBay to get a refund. Not saying this is a bad guy, just thought I would pass on my experience. __________________ SUPPORT 318ti.org! When you open a dispute with paypal it does it through eBay now. I opened the dispute, the buyer did not respond for 7 days and eBay refunded my paypal account in full. The seller took no action at all. __________________ SUPPORT 318ti.org! CLICK THE LINK ABOVE! If i shipped it california for $200 i would have lost money on it, didn't make sense. I have plenty of good rep here and on other forums. | | | 04-23-2010, 03:22 AM | #26 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Fl Posts: 1,353 | Quote: Originally Posted by 1CivetDei2 BUMP, still have it in my basement ---Reason for it not being sold through ebay was that the winning bid was $113.00 and i was sent $70.00 for shipping when i said in the ad it would be calculated at the end. The reason the winning bid was 113.00 is because there was no reserve. I paid the 113.00 and the 70.00 shipping fee and promptly communicated with the seller via email and telephone indicating that I would gladly pay additional shipping as I knew it would cost him more than $70.00 to ship. After 3 weeks of promises and excuses and another of nothing at all I opened up an eBay dispute, got my money back and left him negative feedback. (something I HARDLY ever do, especially given eBay's now virtually useless feedback system) Not saying the next buyer will get the run around I did... just reporting my experience. __________________ SUPPORT 318ti.org! I'm interested in the Right-side pyrotechnic seatbelt tensioner (usually comes off attached to the seat). Most people looking for a seat aren't also looking for a tensioner, so it shouldn't affect the value of the seat. Please let me know if you're interested.
