hello i found a pair of rims that im interested in buying but i kinda want to see what you guys think and also if you might be able to let me know if I would have any problems putting them on and how they would fit im only paying 300 for the whole set she said that there are a few scratches on the wheels but nothing major you would only be able to see if you got up really close and also can someone tell me what kinda tires would be best on this rim and maybe about how much they would cost. thankx and also can u tell me if they are worth 300 i posted pics even though there is 1 rims i get 4 but i couldnt post the other one up but all the rims are in this condition

There are a lot of questions that you have to answer before anyone on here can help you.

What brand are they? BMW?
If so, what model did they come off of?
If not, what is the offset and lug spacing? (Offset more than anything will determine fit)

As for fair value: If they are worth the money to you, then they are worth the price. Even for lower end rims, you are not going to spend much less than that. I dont have enough experience with tires to make suggestions.
