I expected it to be a lot faster than the M3 considering the power to weight ratio, but was disappointed in that category. I could only take it up to about 6,000 rpm due to break-in procedures, but the M3 feels faster in the lower revs, maybe it has something to do with the differential? i dont know. I also saw a Cayman S and got to sit in it, its really nice as well. I do like the lines of the M coupe though. I'd give them a tie. | | | 07-26-2006, 12:38 AM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: Port St. Johns, Florida Posts: 2,242 | e9X M vs Lotus, the Lotus is the better sports car. cheaper too. 98 M Road/Coupe doesn't deal with ASC or TC so IMO it's better than the Z4Ms. | | | 07-26-2006, 12:41 AM | #13 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2003 Location: Wilmington, NC Posts: 641 | buy it. -chris __________________ 18'' Ace Wheels • Pirelli P7000 SS Tires • Bosal Brospeed Exhaust • B&M Short Throw Kit • H&R Sport Springs • Euro Clears • cat delete • Rogue Engineering Clutch Stop • Modded Airbox • blacked out kidney grilles • Suede Headliner/A Pillars S52 CONVERSION UNDERWAY | | | 07-26-2006, 01:39 AM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Thousand Oaks, California Posts: 343 | Makes my knees weak thinking about em.
